Since you didn't post the actual stock number of the locomotive, this is just a guess. It's about a 98% chance that the locomotive uses one of these two boards.
I wonder why they wouldn't put that number on the outside tag on my package I got, the number they used will not work at all,,Thank you for the info...

I have no idea what numbers they put on the bags, but they frequently don't make sense to me.
Someone has wrong numbers. 691-PCB1-0D0 is the obsolete number for the 691-R2LC-C07 radio board.
691-PCB1-0C4 is the sound board for a SD70.
Maybe you should look in the bag Marty, you may have a RailSounds board instead of the R2LC. The correct R2LC for the SD-70MAC produced in 2000 is as I previously stated, the 691R2LCC08 part, at least according to the Lionel parts site.
What was the item number?

Still waiting on that Marty.
It is for a Conrail SD80 Mac...
Thanks, Marty
Marty, the actual Lionel part number please!
Should be 6-18295...

Imagine the time we would have saved if we had that right up front.
From that parts list, like I said...
