Number 15 has the type of tender that I have been trying to build for my Williams by Bachmann ten wheeler. Does anyone know where to obtain a tender like this?

In the other picture, the tender on number 13 looks like it is backwards.

Here is another Rahway Valley 2-8-0, the Number 12. It was a former B&LE locomotive which proved too large and heavy for the Rahway Valley so it did not last long on the roster:

Another Rahway Valley Consolidation, the Number 8, was a former Pittsburgh & Lake Erie locomotive built in 1900:

The 15 was originally built for the Oneida & Western, a shortline located in Tennessee, as that railroad's Number 20. Constructed in 1916 by Baldwin, here is the locomotive's official builder's portrait:
