The airlines in the United States are extremely jealous of this video, the ability to squeeze more.
I wonder how many people are killed on these trains each year?
And how many ride free?
Good Lord!
Almost as many riders!
Talk about a "Cab Ride"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or is it standing room only.
I know the name of the man in white at the rear of the last car, FRED
Shack would clear that train of all those hobos.
OMG! YIKES! Just TOO CRAZY!
I wonder what the air is like inside those un-air conditioned coaches. (Note the average temp. in India is 90-104, and that's just the year-round average. Not to mention other contributing factors.) I think I'd rather be standing on top.
This is not an example of how things usually are. I believe the photo is from a special religious holiday of some kind (clip suggests Eid.) Going from memory here.
Kent in SD
Actually this looks a lot like trains coming up through Mexico toward the border.

Not like that at all. The Train of Death, also called The Beast, that some ride in Mexico is a freight train, with very limited space, and extremely dangerous, not only the ride but because of kidnapping by cartels, rape, murders, and everything else imaginable that can await those who dare to ride it. Long walks are also involved (like 150+miles), and riders dare not stay on the train once it gets anywhere near the border.
So a Few Questions:
- Are the Open Air or Roof Seating sold at a discount?
- IS there "a-la Cart Service for the roof seating?
- Can anyone find the "engineer" in the Cab- or is it Fully Automated?
- IS it "ride at your own risk" even if the RR fault if the train wrecks?
- How does one get to the onboard potty?
LOL! I love the "manual EOTD" [End OF Train Dude] on the Rear!
The "downtown express"
Similar to India ... and the busses as well. And, the trucks. And the pick-ups. And, the ...............
How does the engineer see the track ahead? ...or does it matter?
Maybe they are all on their way to a Motel 6, or a 7 Eleven owners convention....LOL!

The stench has to be unbelievable.
