My newest railfanning video featuring all of what I've caught over the past few days including the Central of Georgia Heritage Unit and two Amtrak P32-8BWH. This is also the test run of my new DOD LS460W camera on this trip.

Enjoy!

For the longest time, 512-514 have been based in the northeast, either pulling duty on the Pennsylvanian, or various NE regionals. 512 was recently repainted into Phase V, I wonder where they're sending it, or if they were just short on power and sent it long distance. I think it also ran on the Carolinian last week, which is uncommon too. Havent seen a recent picture of 513, so it might be in the shop now, but with 512 being painted, 513 is the last Phase IV painted unit still doing regular road duty. A number of them havent been relegated to the yards yet. 511 still does regular runs on the Coast Starlight, and there are a few out of Chicago doing the mid-distance service. Catching 2 on the Crescent in back to back days, I'd say is somewhat of a rarity.

It certainly is a rarity! 514 has actually been on a Crescent for a good while now. There have been spottings of her through here since late May I think.
I haven't seen many of the P32-8's in person. My first one was actually 512, and she was still in Phase IV at that time.
I also was luck and shot 513 a couple of years ago on the southbound Crescent, again, still in phase IV.
This is my third catch of the 514.
