I'm planning on being there Saturday, provided that the snowstrom we're having right now begins to subside.  I have just a couple of items that I need to pick up.  One is a couple of grain of wheat light bulbs.  Sure hope someone brings a few.  Other than that:  I'll keep my eyes and mind's eye open.

I noticed that they were advertising this meet on TV Sunday evening on the NGEO presentation of Alaska Railroad.   Now that's pretty smart on behalf of the show promoters.  Good tie in to a show that railfans will certainy be watching.

Good suggestion, especially since the Hill family has been organizing the March Meet for probably over 25 years. It is definitely well attended, and with modelers from wall over the world, and the U.S.A.

This is a very good point. Railfest has been this weekend for over 30 years at Lakeland and the show is over 40 years. Also the show is tied to when the College has its spring break, as we take over the who AFC center.

Good show and thanks to the many volunteers that make this run smoothly.  Got there at 10 and the place was packed.  Good mix of older guys and younger families. Stayed for about 2 1/2 hours walking the 3 gyms and 3 other rooms.  Lots of O gauge including one gentleman selling off his private collection since he is downsizing and moving.  Great deals from him getting 6 mth premier corrugated auto carriers for 30 each.  Even got the one that he wired to have a end of line signal on it for the same price.  Also picked up his k-line wind turbine new in box for 20. Not a bad day and was able to keep to York funds mostly in tact.
