I am trying to open up this coach to add passengers and pull the interior fo a repaint project. The attached photo shows the bottom of the car with the interior. I cannot get the interior seperated from the car body without attempting brut force. Is there some trick to this?

I haven't done a Railking, but on the Premier passenger cars, I just rock it back and forth from end to end and it eventually pops out.
Check closely for any screws, but I think they just drop out. Sometimes the interiors are in there pretty tight and require a little friendly persuasion to come out.
Thanks guys
Remove the ends, and then the interior slides out.

Gosh, you're right! I didn't look at the picture all that closely, these are the aluminum ones.
Actually it is all plastic. Anyway I updated the paint, printed the decals and am going to run it empty.
Once the four primary shell screws are removed, the dome passenger cars have lots of tiny screws holding the decks together.
Do you have pictures of your new paint scheme?

Not much of a change, painted over the amtrak stripes black, will add new jersey transit decals once I get the proper size and a mirror image printed out. Will post it then.
