RailKing Canadian Pacific Holiday Dash 8 (30-20435) headlight?

The easiest way would be to just order the part, but it could be repaired. They both are connected to one plug. They are 3mm flangeless leds. I just changed a PS2 to leds, and also repositioned the leds to the shell instead of the bracket on the motor. They are now really bright and their light doesn't bleed into the cab. I have some pictures if you are interested.

My Dash 8 when I first put it on the track had a small wisp of smoke come from the front truck then the bottom row of LED’s died. Not sure if its going back to Train World or straight back to MTH. 

Lots of reports here with issues on these CP holiday trains by MTH. Both the locos and rolling stock.

Too bad. They're great looking trains.

I think MTH will fix the problems and work out the bugs.  My rolling stock is fine I just need the engine lights fixed. No regrets here they still look great and I like the sound file on the engine. 

The LED's are in parallel for the headlight, there is only one power connection to the PS/3 board.
