Railsounds tender help

Hopefully it's just an easy fix. I would start by looking at the trucks. One of them should have a wiring harness going to it that may have a green wire, a yellow wire, and perhaps another or two. Make sure that it is plugged into the socket on the little circuit board "inside" the truck. Perhaps it got knocked loose during shipping.

The forward truck has three wires, (purple dark blue and black) going into a plastic connector.  Everything look secure.  The rear truck contains no harness but has one black/white wire coming from underneath.  Maybe that's to power the speaker?  Beside the point though.  Speaker works fine.  

FYI the seller ended up replacing the entire set free of charge and the new one works like a charm.  Hope others have had similar quality customer service and stay with the hobby!
