I have a Lionel Maersk SD 70 6-18280, and want to upgrade it to TMCC with the R2LC08 board and the Railsounds power board, along with a Railsounds 4.0. I have found the first two items on the Lionel site for the upgrade, R2LC 08 and the power board but cannot find the Railsounds 4.0 board. Does anyone know the number if not what else can I use? I want to take advantage of the half off price that Lionel is offering this weekend. Thank you in advance.

You can use any diesel board, though obviously some will sound better than others. I have a bunch of diesel boards, perhaps we can match you up with a satisfactory sound set. 
If course, with 1/2 off, buying one from Lionel is a good bet.
The SD-60 has the same prime mover, so the engine sounds should be similar.
