RBMN railfan excursion April 18, 2020

Andy is planning a public excursion from Reading Outer Station to Pittston and return over the new Nesquehoning Bridge on April 18, 2020. No mention of motive power but maybe the F units he acquired from NS and another railroad? I can’t see 425 on that, even with diesel help. 2102 probably won’t be ready.
