Nope, no limit for either RCS or UCS tracks (the UCS is the one with an electromagnet interrupting the center rail).
The RCS track operates any car with a sliding shoe pick-up, whether for the load/unload functions of cars such as the barrel car, or open the electro-couplers. The UCS does the same and activates the cheaper unloading cars that have a steel disc under the body of the car such as the Helicopter and Minuteman cars, and opens the magnetic couplers.
