I'm looking at the manual for my K-Line Reading Crusader. There is an insert/diagram about changing the “drop step” for utilization on 31” operation.
It mentions removing the installed lead truck and replacing with a truck with 1” wheelbase for 31” operation.
Am I supposed to have been supplied with a different truck?
No ideas but I’m including the diagram.

Elliotgb - I would think so but don't know for certain. Perhaps Sid of Sid's Trains - who I believe owns this particular steamer and who keeps an eye on this Forum - could clarify this.
Hello, I found two extra trucks and the shorter 1” one worked just fine. 2 screws in and out and no more wobble around the curves.
