Here is a coumtry store on my list to scratchbuild, in a tiny town in Kentucky that had a station on a branch of the L&N. I used to store cars at my great aunt's farm, and fill them up here when this store was open. They built a new store directly across the road, but it has now been closed for several years. This store, with its two story main building and one story annex is similar to several store kits out there.

It's fabulous. An authentic artifact worth the effort.
P.S. I bet mwb will like your photos.
Cool. I wanna build that. And the pickers should be crawling around inside looking for rusty gold.
The first step out the upper door at the front of the building would be a big one !!!
What is neat is the upper half is shingle siding while the bottom half is siding or sheeting making this building very unique to model.
That building sure is "coyote ugly" but therein lies the charm...agree with all the above posts. It is full of character and would make a great model!
A Heinz 57 variety of sidings. Thought about doing a shack with the fake brick (asphalt) sidings but it would probably look like a terrible job of brick work on my part . That's going to be a fun build!

Aye, that I do. Steel roofing for siding on the one side as well. Looks like there might be a basement entrance around back with the truck parked there, and the grade / foundation lines. Would be an interesting build. A photo or 2 around back would be useful.
The viewer hasn't worked right on my last few devices. I can't see photos unless they are full sized.
