Hi,
My Brand New Realtrax Switch is having troubles.
Every time the non derail system kicks in on the mainline, the thing starts sparking like crazy, and if it is an engine, shuts the engine down.
Attached is a video of the issue.
Please help!

1. If you have another switch machine, try it.
2. Remove baseplate and photograph the switch so I can view it. I bought all the excess switches from MTH when the warehouse closed.
The only thing I see is the top right plug where the switch motor plugs in, the wires look reversed. You could try plugging in the motor on the other side and if it works, reverse the green and blue wires.
