I need alka-seltzer just from watching Gary's video. I can't imagine any 300 seat restaurant that can go through 10,000 lbs of bacon per week!

Tony's seats 300 with 3000 covers per day, 21,000 per week, that's 7.62 ounces of bacon per order, even if it's just toast and coffee. Talk about cardiac arrest.
