3M also makes a commercial permanent brand spray adhesive. I'm a little leery of the 77 for permanent holding. It lets go. I used it to bond bristol board to green foam board for my city streets, and had a mess. The stuff was delaminating all over the place. Here's a new one tested by a builder of fantastic 1/6th scale air craft and has tested three kinds; 3M77, 3M90 and this one.
This one won the competition. It's strong, doesn't de-laminate, and has a very small droplet size that gives a very smooth coverage. If Barry Dalwig recommends it, I would accept his opinion. He builds absolutely amazing models.
