  "I am looking for someone who has a horn and/or windshield wipers and or lift rings (eye bolts) and/or grab irons for this locomotive that they are willing to part with or know which replacement parts out there are proper replacements."

   I used to see them on ebay all the time,the locos came with extra parts sprues so they were pretty easy to find. I don't have any left here but I'd use metal parts instead, the plastic parts are pretty fragile........DaveB 

P&D hobbies had quite a few brass detail for these locos.    Also may have some plastic sprues left.

Des Plaines Hobbies in Chicago also had some bag-0-kits for these so may have parts

for these common small detailed parts, you really want the brass and not plastic ones since the plastic will be very fragile.

I think I have some Red Caboose grab irons, because I never use them. Like others have said, you are much better off using brass parts, since they will not break off when you look at them.  For the double-arm wipers, I like the ones from Irish Tracklayer, which I got from Amazon.

I have seen a bunch of windshield parts being sold on ebay.

My kit didn't come with those so I picked up a set.
