Well I thought I might hedge a little and get a post in for this Monday. In UK its normally short enough runs and cold enough for Milk runs to be handled with just open ventilation to keep the milk from spoiling. Here is what they use. This is a Hornby, Southern Railway "Milk Service" van from the late 1950's .
