Regulation of Railroads and Motor Carriers

I have Hardbound International Textbook Company Volumes including this title. The Lady that owns these volumes, 13 through 23, published in 1941-1943, had a grandfather, Father and Uncle who worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad in Roseville California. They are like new. She would like to sell them, or at the very least see they end up where they will be appreciated. Any suggestions or ideas on whom we should contact will be appreciated.
