I use the Lionel 180 volt Bricks to run my trains. I am using fastrack on my layout. I am in the process of adding DCS to my layout. I have a question on how you control the voltage to remote control tracks. Would the block containing the remote control tracks have to be attached to a Variable post so that I can use the remote to have 12-14 volts going to the track instead of 18 volts.

Are you talking power districts or uncoupling tracks? You can use the AIU for uncoupling tracks, power districts are another matter.
I do not have an AIU, Are power districts the same as bolcks?

Thank you for your help, I knew you could supply power seperately to a non Fastrack Remote Control Track. Now I see how to do the same thing with the Fastrack.
I will have 10 Remote Control Tracks on my layout and I can connect them all to 1 post on my KW transformer.
