What is the correct programming code for the Lionel 6-18071 4-8-4 GS4 Southern Pacific. I looked at the programming code charts and am I correct that the closest code would be "4"? Any verification would be appreciated.

My Lionel chart (to restore TMCC Functions) indicates 4 is the code for 'Steam with Smoke'.
