Afternoon Everyone,

I have the following locomotive (Picture Attached, I hope) that I purchased from one of the forum members a few years ago.  Unfortunately, I don't remember his name or his signature on the Forum.  He may not even be a member anymore, I'm not sure.  I do remember, that he was a very nice person to do business with.  Unfortunately, he did not have the original box for it and I've lost the paperwork that I had on it when I purchased it from him.  I kind of think that it might be a K-line Scale engine or maybe I'm full of it and just had a crazy dream about it or could it possibly be a Williams?  Can someone please tell me who made it and any specifics about it that will be helpful?  I'm not sure if it is conventional or if it is DCS or TMCC.  I really love the engine and I'd love to run it even if it is just in a big circle or oval.  I believe it has traction tires on it, can I still purchase them, if so, from whom.  If it does, I'm not sure how old they are so it would be best to just purchase new ones.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much for your help.

Traction tires:

No need to replace them if they (or anything else, generally) work. Lifespans of traction tires are all over the place, as is the general quality of them.

Also, if the loco runs well (adequate adhesion for your purposes; tracks well, especially through switches; etc) without them, you can just leave them off. I have some locos with fewer than "specified"; they are just an aid to adhesion.
