I have one of the original TMCC cranes. All functions have ceased working except the couplers and outriggers. No lights either. I did redo the ENG # but still only the couplers and outriggers work. There is no reset code in the manual. Is there a reset code #?

There is no reset code. Since your out riggers and couplers are working I think it is safe to say the receiver board is OK. I would check connectors and wiring.

I just went up and opened the cab door and could see the led flash rapidly when I keyed the Cab 1. I am sure you are correct.

A flashing led light means the receiver is receiving. Unfortunately it sounds like another board or harness within the unit is the problem.
