Took down my residential area today. I'm probably only half way through deconstructing, not counting track & ballast.

Looks like progress is being made every day. Keep up the good work, Spence.
Spence, Where the heck are you putting all of this stuff? I can't imagine the storage problem this has created. With the amount of structures, cars, trucks, trains and people you must have rented a storage unit or maybe two.

Its amazing how fast the developers bulldozed the neighborhood. Should we all assume that this will be the future site of the Spence Towers and Casino?
What are your plans Spence?
Alan
Nice work Spence.
I'm sure the your future layout will be great! Looking forward to it!
Chris
You are certainly moving forward at a fast pace Spence! Terry
Spence,
Thanks for keeping us on board. Your making good progress.
Wood; That's the toughest part, finding places to store all of this. Right now I have 2 tables (5' in length) covered with items & also underneath them on the floor. Don't know what I'm going to do next!
Alan; I have several ideas about the new track plan but nothing set in stone except one loop will be 120" radius so I'll be able to run just about anything.
Hi Spence
Some nice progress, I had such a hard time trying to store everything. I had to use our spare bedroom and it was filled to the ceiling. The BOSS AKA the wife wasn't happy about that. This isn't an easy task, but in the end it will be all worth it.

I know the trouble I have when I move stuff to do spring cleaning, not near the amount of the stuff you have.
Pace yourself SPENCE!!! Remember think about it, try it, re think it, and try it again. That's what I did on my third build up after take down. Now I wished I would of.... Good Luck!
Spence with a room that big, I would try for the largest diameter possible. As others said, pace yourself. I planned and planned and as I built it I made more changes, and even though I am not finished, I still talk the shoulda coulda conversation to myself. The best thing I did do was to make the layout around the walls with no duck under.
