I've now completed restoring 6 post war engines 671's 675's and 665. I've learned so much. Good help and support from forum members I've finally mastered my soldering skills. I love doing this. These old beautiful locos deserve to be carefully maintained and enjoyed

Thats cool! You should write some articles for OGR or post some pictures for those us getting ready to do some work on our older equipment.

That's good your restoring postwar Lionel's. Like my friend said, guys like us are the front line preserving the old Lionel postwar.
