Seller will consider just the sale of all inventory and store name while maintaining ownership of the building (and providing a lease agreement for the buyer). Owner will consider an outright sale of the building, store name and all inventory.
Seller/dealer will provide reasonable transitional assistance to the buyer.
Potential buyer will have to provide written proof of sufficient net worth to purchase either the inventory/business name or the inventory/business name AND building. No financial information or full listing of seller’s assets will be provided unless the interested buyer provides a letter from his/her financial institution stating they have or will be provided sufficient funds to purchase.
Representative for the seller/dealer will only answer SERIOUS inquiries to purchase. No information will be provided about the precise location or identity of the dealer/seller until the above requirements are met. Prospective buyer will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
