TRAINS editor, Jim Wrinn, has compiled, produced and narrated a two-hour DVD of the return of 4014 to steam. The details of the actual restoration are well summarized. It includes stunning footage of the trip from Cheyenne to Ogden at multiple locations for the 150th Anniversary of the completion of the first Transcontinental Rairoad in 1869. The Celebration Ceremony is well covered. His interviews with UP Steam Manager, Ed Dickens, are also well done and informative. The DVD includes a backhead tour by Mr. Dickens with an explanation of the various controls in the complex cab. The program is very well done and  this high resolution DVD runs two hours. Recommended!

I got the non-Blu Ray version and it had excellent resolution. Recommended!

There is no blu-ray version of this tape available...  DVD is your only option.
