I just picked up a MIB Lackawanna Burschel Milk boxcar at a local thrift shop made by RGS Trains. Box only has RGS Trains,Limited Editions, no other markings as who, what and made where. I see two more basic cars on the bay. Any Ìnfo on RGS.

RGS is a regional northeast custom painter dealer that uses various sources for freight car custom paint jobs. I would need to see a pic of what you have.
He has used over the decades:
KMT, Franks round house, Lionel, and Williams type of freight cars just to name a few.

I've purchased several cars from RGS at York.
RGS, Robert G Salerno of Old Forge PA. He does the Scranton Shows, Pittston show at St Joe's Oblates, which he hosts, Allentown, and York. I;m sure there are others, as mentioned above.

RGS has done custom printed MTH rotary snow blowers honoring the Allentown Spring Thaw and First Frost shows. Robert has been a fixture at both shows for many years.
Last Oct. York he was with team Lionel.
Bob
Bought several pieces from him at Allentown and Hamburg PA shows.
Those Burro cranes are sharp!
He is two rows directly behind us at York!
I met Bob for the first time at Lionel 100 anniversary celebration in Dearborn Mich. When I go to train shows, I always look him up. A real gentleman and a great guy to do business with. Always friendly with very original cars for sale. You can't go wrong making a purchase from RGS. conductor jack
I was glad that Bob resurrected the Pittston show at St Joe's; that was the first show I went to with my wife when I returned from the service.

He does great work have many items that he has done over the years. I am glad I was able to get the postwar Heinz vat car he did. Green vats with Heinz 57.
I remember several years ago, when he had some Plasticville items produced. I always enjoyed doing business with him.

I just read this forum today about RGS Trains. It was very helpful, thank you.
