Hard to believe that it's a plastic model. Looks great! Makes me more inclined to add a few of them to the town and not have to build them ALL by myself.
Looks fantastic - well done
Wow I didn't realize how large that building was until you placed it next to the door factory.
Dave the concrete is superb, can you share how you did it!
WOW is right! And how 'bout a holymackrel and a holymoley, too! A gifted imagination PLUS the ability to carry it out onto the layout. Cool, man.

I'm also curious about your concrete method. It all looks great. Looks like aa korber trolley barn with scrath side buildings and smokestack?
Another great addition to the layout. it will be a neat destination. well done ! jp
Thank you all!
The concrete was an accident I stumbled upon. I usually make concrete with a plaster product and washes.
This concrete is masonite with a black base. I sprayed the camo on top of that. It was a little fuzzy because I lightly sanded the expansion joints so I took very fine steel wool and lightly sanded parallel to the expansion joints. Some of the camo paint came off and exposed a little black in patchy sections. The final touch is light airbrush with a rail brown color. Pretty simple!

Dave, what are guppers? I'm not familiar with that term, maybe the same as scupper, Openings through a parapet for water drainage to downspouts?
Don
I think the term is Scuppers. They are the outlets that let the water leave the roof or leave the deck of a ship. Sailing ships had openings in the bulwarks that let the sea water flow back to the sea and they're called scuppers.
Myles you are correct. Sorry about that!
Dave
David/ Andre,
This is one beautiful complex. The details are great.
