Yesterday (7/25/12) I order 2 sets of the BEEPeople figures:  1 standing set, 1 sitting set.  They arrived less than 24 hrs later - and I am 200 miles from the company's offices. 

 

Very pleased with the figures. Very pleased with the customer service too.  I had some questions about the product I purchased and about some of the trains RMT sells.  Walter responded immediately to all my queries. 

 

So, why do I mention?  Rarely in anything do we hear people compliment a business.  Usually it is becasue we had a miserable expereience.  I had a great expereince.  I am new to this hobby and hesitated asking 'stupid' questions.  Even though my order was relatively small, and I had lots of 'rookie' questions about the RMT train products, Walter made me feel like I was asking the question of him for the first time.

 

And I notice RMT's logo in the right cloumn, so I just thought it helpful and informative to others that may be in my shoes for me to note my great experience with a forum sponsor.
