Rochester Train Store

Despatch Junction in East Rochester is the place in Rochester. They are located at 100 Station Road. From I-490 take the East Rochester Exit. Go straight into East Rochester,  take a left at the second stop light ( Wendy's is on the left corner) go underneath the railroad bridge to the first stoplight. Make a 180 degree hard right turn from the light into the first driveway (100 Station Road) and go straight up to the building by the tracks. You are at Despatch Junction's new building which just opened this year. The old one was totally destroyed in a massive fire last year and lost everything but Stan the owner rebuilt and reopened. You will be amazed,  if you don't see what you're looking for ask, they're still restocking and it might not be on the shelf yet. I rate it a 10. They are open Monday,  Tuesday,  Thursday,  Friday, & Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.  They are closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Hope this helps and enjoy!

Gary/Norton, thanks for the information.  I really appreciate it!  I'll try Despatch Junction first.  If I have time I'll try the craft store.   I wish there was time to head out to Gargraves or Buffalo.   Unfortunately, I have a limited window to hit the train store.
