I've installed two Z-1008 relays to alternately heat up the dead rail(s) on the Ross 3-way so short-rollered engines won't die on it at slow speeds. The right rail setup is working as it should, but the other one keeps the rail hot all the time. Traced the wires and it's all as per the instructions for both the ROSS 3-way and the Z-stuff relays. Rails are not touching anything hot.
Disconnected wires one at a time and it still has track current coming out the blue wire.
Replaced the relay with a new one and the same thing happens.
We've triple checked all the wires and the setup and just can't see why the rail stays hot.
Tried the suggestions from Z-stuff.
Anyone else had problems with these setups?
Any suggestions gladly accepted and appreciated! "Ole Sparky", Bi-Polar will also thank you.
