Any suggestions for RR crossing signage to use on my roads at RR crossings. I am looking for something to either paint or glue down on the roads, like maybe a stencil? Any ideas would be appreciated. I have noticed there is stuff available in HO scale but having a hard time finding something in O.

They have something like this at my LHS that doesn't look too bad in person. Not sure this is he same thing they have there, but close. Probably not what you had in mind though...
I have some of the stuff rtr12 is referring to.
I don't think it will blend into an existing roadway easily as it is fairly thick material for strength.
Now, this is relative, It's around 1/32" or a bit more. Not where I can measure right now.
