Every time I close down rr track an then open it I have to go through unstall then install an all the numbers etc. I have the large icon on my scrsc but that just has me go through everything. If I hit on the- it then goes down too the bottom of the screen and open up again the right way. What am I doing wrong. Please help. Sonny

sonny, not sure I follow you so will ask,
do you mean after you have installed the rr track 4.0 and after you open it up and then close it that if you click on desktop icon it won't open?
or have you a layout plan and want to save it and open it again at a latter time to work on it?
I assume you have a disc to install it and does it accept your user number they have included with the disc?
please clarify.
