Running an engine on a static display

I have two Lionel Legacy ES44s that I plan to display on two 20" sections of track and would like to power the track an operate the different features of the engines. I recall seeing in one of the train magazines a device that will lift the engine slightly above the rails and then run the engines as if on a layout.

I plan to display a MTH One-Gauge Big Boy in the future when released and would like to do the same.

Has anyone seen such a product? I did find a product distributed by Brachrus.com but the size of "saddles" detract from the display quality.
