Ran my 3 car MTH state set pulled by my dark grey Lionel Classics 2-400E with a diecast air whistle yesterday. I have a number of 1920's era LGB seated figures in those cars plus a few other LGB figures, and they fit perfectly in those metal chairs! On another loop, I can run my MTH dark green 408E and its 200 series work train consist: LCT mojave dump car, LCT maroon gondola, MTH terra cotta searchlight car and an MTH orange/cream work caboose. My middle loop is an LGB R2 with an all bier consist. GLAD to be back in my trainroom!

Lovely trains and news to hear you are back home.
Very first time I posted a video! I hope my modest layout (86" X 90") will be appreciated. I only have a spare bedroom at my Nashville townhome. My mountain depot home allowed me to have an large outer 084 standard gauge loop, whereas here in Nashville my largest oval is 072.
Nice to have news from you Art, I hope you will have a nice time with your trains, and great video too.
All my best wishes for a speedy recovery, Daniel
DANIEL: THANK YOU for your kind words! ☺
Love the video! Glad you're feeling better.

I guess you could call my train room a kind of "man cave". I have five large framed train photos, one with a B&W NC&StL 570 series engine resting under steam in the Nashville Union Station, and the other a color painting of the interior of the Union Station Trainshed circa 1945, with the 576 pulling a train of heavyweights into the shed. I have a desk with my laptop and a digital radio scanner with a cool touch screen (Uniden Homepatrol 2). It is a nice "escape" room, where I can go online and also monitor the scanner for police, medic, train and fire traffic. The Uniden is a very compact scanner, with a lot of touchscreen options! My train controls, a Z4000, and a DC lab quality switchable power supply (0-30 volts, 0-3 amps) coupled with a PIKO 5 amp electronic controller for my LGB. Works for me!
NEEL: We still have our mountain depot home - Bear Creek Junction, but, alas, I cannot travel the 450 miles comfortably anymore!
Art, those trains are magnificent!
VINCENT: THANK YOU, sir! ☺
Love your O gauge caboose. All look great, nice video
Art, you prove that the circle is indeed unbroken!
Bill, were you referring to my MTH standard gauge work caboose? There was NO O gauge in the video.

Sorry to hear that Art.... Bear Creek Junction is a nice place, one could live there.... I really enjoyed my stay there!!!
Good to hear you are back home enjoying the trains. I like your multi-gauge layout.
NEEL: I remember your visit quite a few years ago! Glad you and your wife had a good time!
Great to hear your home, loved the video, have fun with your trains...
just curious if you're a NASCAR fan ...?
Not me, but my spouse and son are! When we lived in Charlotte, NC, they would go the Speedway minus me! Why do you ask? The only vehicle on my layout was a Volkswagon 1:24 van. I once owned a '69 Kombi van in the same blue color!
