Looks good.  Will wait for more info.  Already have the SS Kresge (Woolworth 5 & 10 store model) that you converted from your O scale kit down to an S scale kit (haven't built it yet though).  

Not enough buildings/kits in S - keep em coming Andre!

Construction began.

Mortar is not applied yet, and roof has been tested.

I hope to finish it by tomorrow.

What did you use for the roofing?

Hi to all 

The final product is here. 

Few revision were fixed and the result is IMO fantastic. A very simple high detailed warehouse  in "S" scale.

• Made from 1/4" MDF this structure is strong and accurate in scale.
• Footprint 6.00" wide, 10.00" long and 5.00 tall.
• Windows and skylight are made from Laserboard and acetate
• Roof texture was made using masking tape.
• Door and truck entrance made from plywood and basswood.

This kit will be offered as a kit or finished product.

Price for the kit, $85.95 plus shipping

Price for the finished building, include 2 lamp fixture and downspout, $175.95 plus shipping.

Availability for kit shipping Feb 28, 2016. Assembled building will take a week after the order is placed.

I saw your pictures, last night so I will proceed to make the window frame  and the door will be the same are the windows.

You are a true artist!  The building looks great! 

Have you given any thought to an interior?  With those large windows and skylight, the building begs for some kind of interior detailing.  That small window and door on the side could make sense leading to a small office.  I thought about putting in a partition for one, but that would not work with the present loading door location.  Can the ends be switched during building so the large door would be at the other end?

Also, I know the lights are not included, but what is the source for the ones you used?

The model as many of them are very versatile the end can be switched. The small door is to get into the building or as you say an office. if you swap the ends the small door will be automatically in an office area.

When I was 10 YO I was working with my dad on an old Krupp truck. The warehouse was similar and I was asking me, if I open the cargo door I can not use the small door, so I ask my dad and he say, well when the cargo doors are opened you don't need the small one!. the warehouse was  a machine shop no office, with a small restroom  in the corner. But in this case I thought about the office, so one of the side wall was designed for that purpose.

I can supply the light is you want, they are normal incandescent 12 volts with brass shade. We use Miniatronic bulbs and lamp shade.

About interior, This is something I leave to the customer taste. There is a lot of companies selling machinery and different equipment for interior.

We design a similar building but taller to make a engine shed. We are working now making the mock up.
