I am looking for a safety or wide cab kit. Does anyone know of a manufacturer, complete cab or kit(besides Kaslo) for O Gauge engines?

Unless you scratch build a safety cab yourself or cut one off of a shell, nope!
Psc only has a standard cab. An eBay seller makes a chop nose GP cab.
No. A few years ago I think I noticed the GP60M cab for sale on the Atlas O parts page. But that style is unique to that prototype. All subsequent EMD wide cabs were different. At best it’s a starting point for bashing something. It’s possible the Atlas Dash 8-40BW and Amtrak variant cabs are available too.
Another possibility might be 3D printing. Maybe somebody who has designed one in HO would scale it up for 1/48. I wouldn’t mind having a three-panel SD60M cab to fit on an MTH model.
The Kaslo kit is interesting. It kind of tempts me to try to bash a CN Dash 9 just for fun....
