Santa Package Car?

My son, age 6, just asked if there was car like the milk car only with Santa throwing out package rather than milk cans.

Any body have any idea, does this exist, if so what make and model?

He and his big sister, age 7, are getting the Christmas Tree Special going this year on their own, what a sight to see and O' boy the ideas.
