PA Jim, here are a couple pictures of the OSHA approved "toe kicks" that you asked about. The fab shop was about 6 months behind!! They finally showed up this past week and are now installed. There is a ton of painting and detail yet to go on this piece, have been really behind with the train projects this year with my new job taking up most of my time. Working for a living really stinks!!

The building looks great. Replicates a "Bead Impregnation Unit" building, and also a "Polystyrene Film Sheet" unit I worked in if you wanted to go Chemical Plant. Nice job.

I second what nickey said. Also, are some of the parts you use manufactured pieces that you assemble and apply? If so, who is the vendor?

Pingman, the building itself is made from 1/4" basswood and covered with Evergreen Styrene sheets. The rails, stairs, etc. is a combination of Evergreen styrene shapes and Plastruct, the door is from Tichy Train Group. Hope this helps you out!!
