First time for this. One motor is slower than 2nd motor.Pulled plugs reattached,no difference.Pulled motors out and powered them at low voltage very noticeable. I do not have any kind of tach. Would the best solution be to pirate one motor from another junker or 2 motors?

How's your lube situation in the worm/spur gear area of each?
Did you test run the 'motors' alone? or bolted on the powered gear driven truck?
The way to test motors is individual, removed from the powered truck.

They are lubed with new grease. Soooo. Yes i pulled motors out of trucks to check them. Doesn't 'seem ' to be binding in slow truck. So it must be motor.
