There's a TCA meet at the end of September in the Houston area. I have never been to one, and have absolutely no idea on what to expect. The early announcement said the 'vendor tables' are $10. Is that something I can do to sell perhaps 15-20 cars that no longer fit into what I want to do, or do I need to be incorporated? If I can just buy a table and sell stuff, I may have further questions.

You don't have to be incorporated. There will be many vendors like you there, just plain hobbyists selling some stuff from their collections. Check with the show promoter, you might have to be a TCA member to get a table at the show; but beyond that, you're all set.
