Has anyone installed a sensor track track on their layout that physically they can't reach the program & or record buttons, but added extension buttons and or led's so they could operate the track?

No, but it shouldn't be that difficult. The board has all the traces on the back, and it has only two switches and two LED's, not other components of any kind. Just extend the wires a few feet.
