Good morning
I have two Lionel Berkshire's, #6-11411 & #6-11412 and a Cab 1 #6-12969. How do I program the speed steps,stall speed and momentum?

Hi Clem,
I found the manual online here;
https://www.lionelsupport.com/...1250LegacyMohawk.pdf
Page 20 talks about setting the speed steps/momentum.
There are no "speed steps" to program. To set the stall speed for a locomotive without cruise, do the following.
JRJ the manual posted just below my post shows speed steps ? It does not mention stall speed but your video link does.

The manual you posted is for a Legacy engine. Legacy engines do not need a "stall" setting. You can set speed steps for use with a Cab1 as well as preset momentum based on the speed step setting.

The manual you posted is for a Legacy engine not a TMCC engine. Legacy engines do not need a "stall" setting. You can set speed steps for use with a Cab1.
Or TMCC engines using a CAB2

Hi Clem,
Is your goal to get these to run in sync? I know when we left one was running at a different cadence than the other.
I recommend doing a hard reset on both and see if this helps.

What "speed steps are you talking about for a plain TMCC locomotive. AFAIK, it's 32 speed steps for TMCC or TMCC with Odyssey I. Only if you get into 3rd party electronics like ERR, TAS, or K-Line do you get adjustable number of speed steps.
Guys I posted the product numbers of what I was working with. I just go with the information I have which is the owners manual. Lost the CAB 1 manual. Page 20 shows speed steps, and has a diagram and photo of my controller. Everything I asked is a question, I don't know Lionel products. These are the only two I have.

HI John..... I got them working in sync. Took all day, but I got them working.

Thank you everyone all is right in my little world

As previously mentioned, as long as Odyssey II is turned on for the two Legacy locomotives, they should be pretty much in lock-step. I think we got led astray thinking these were TMCC.
What is Odyssey II ? I run these with Cab 1 and the DCS remote. Plain old TMCC
Clem
Odyssey II is the speed control on all DC motored Legacy locomotives. TMCC had an earlier version of the speed control, oddly called Odyssey I.
OK that last thing I knew about Odyssey is that it was some kind of new electric motor Lionel was developing
Funny, every Legacy locomotive on the Lionel site has the following statement in the description.
If you look at any of the Odyssey I equipped TMCC models...
