I've been buying more from Marios the past two years or so.  I'm very happy with their service and pricing and mainly free shipping.

Mario has great deals, fast service, Free 2 day FedEx Home delivery. I ordered something on a Thursday once and I had it on Saturday.

Mario's is great. Great prices, free shipping and always fast and friendly whether you use phone or email. I live close enough that if I order by 2pm I usually receive it the next day. (also they are a forum sponsor, always a plus).

Agreed on all of the above. I bought the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train box cars from Mario right about this time last year.

Will be getting a Christmas '18 order in in the next few days.

Mario's is a great place for me to shop. I've bought plenty of Gargraves and a Z4000, all delivered seamlessly and quickly too. He takes Paypal, which for me is a bonus. There are a couple of locos and a Legacy command set in the near future.

Nothing like a good LHS, and the testimonials show they also do a great job shipping to customers outside of their vicinity.

I do as much of my ordering from Mario's as I can. Also the company I work for has a plant in Winchester Va, so I try to stop in and say hi to Joe and Gia once a year. 

I have purchased a few Williams Lionel clones from Mario's in the past. Always a pleasure to do business with Mario's and I hope to some day get up to Winchester to visit his store in person.

Ditto all the positive sentiments expressed so far.  Fantastic service; haven't experienced a miss of any kind for me. Shipping speed seems particularly impressive. I'm also very happy with a few other sponsor-vendors as well as my LHS.

I have bought several MTH locomotives and all my DCS and Wifi from them. Their prices are usually very competitive, coupons and free shipping makes it an even better deal. 

All of my recent purchases have come from them. Very friendly people, and great customer support. You can't ask for a better place to do business!

Mario is top notch first class

I posted yesterday about my first order experience which was great.  So, I decided to add several small items to it and hoped that I could consolidate the two and take advantage of the Black Friday promotion and free shipping.

Called and left voice message and emailed Joe.  Received a call back earlier this a.m. and all is good--orders consolidated; promotional discount applied; free shipping.

Nothing but praise for Mario Trains. A+ service with some of the best deals/promos out on the web. 

Mario’s have been my main source in track for my new layout.  Great service and prices.  

Spent a few hours in his store, a couple of years ago.  His pride in his business and his enjoyment of the hobby shows.  Great store to visit.

Just received email earlier this evening that my order, after today's phone call from the store and an adjustment to my order at my reequest, was shipped.  Can't be done any better than that.

Mario is the best in the business. I LOVE that he double boxes with lots of packing peanuts.

One other thing I like about Mario's is you can create an account and go back to check the status of your order not that you need to as they communicate well. This is unlike some of the other vendors where you cannot create an account, cannot check on the status of your order unless you call them and you never get a confirmation email about the order or an email with the status of your order. Your in limbo. As I get farther into this hobby these things are important to me due to the amount of money I'm spending in one transaction.  So five stars to Mario's.
