FYI - First Brightline trainset unveiled in Florida
The first of 5 trainsets with 5 more planned. Miami to WPB service to start this summer and service to Orlando now scheduled to start in 2019. Good luck filling all of those seats!

They are supposed to test run the first train this week and maybe next week on FEC tracks between Miami & West Palm Beach FL. I saw it on the news yesterday here in West Palm Beach FL.
When this train is fully up & running it should take some traffic off of I-95 and the FL Turnpike.
I am all for this project as more transportation between Orlando & Miami is really needed. In my opinion the turnpike & I-95 are too dangerous to drive on any more. Also air travel is really expensive for short distances; Stuart FL to West Palm Beach FL is around $150.00 one way.
