I have lost several milk cans and found them under the platform. A simple solution was to install a piece of a pop sickle stick across the gap under the platform. I glued it there with Pliobond or any contact glue and colored it with a green Marks-O-Lot. I should have used better color paint but is can not be seen. Sorry for the fuzzy picture.
