Slide shoe operating car

I understand there are problems using slide shoe log dump cars with Ross, Gargraves switches. Will they work with Fastrack switches?

I have the Ross tubular track switches and have not had any problems with sliding shoes on any of my equipment. If you go with Lionel or Menards track all will be good. I have lots of post war equipment with sliding shoes.
