Gary asked a good question here, but it doesn't look like he got an exact answer. Does anyone know if the accents volume control is directly related to cab chatter? Or will it effect other sounds as well? I'm one the cab chatter haters and even when I select off for cab chatter it still seems to play sporadically. This happens on any of the PS1 2 or 3 engines I have.
Doesn't appear that anyone is really certain to the accent menu, but what I have experienced thus far is if I turn off the cab chatter and lower the accent volume to 0, I don't get the spontaneous cab chatter. I still seem to have all the other sounds the engine emits when idling, so maybe the accent volume is directly related to just the cab chatter.
