Search Tomar Industries. Adlake marker lights. Complete would include a small DC bridge rectifier as a power source.
Like MIKE stated Adlake. Here is their website. I used them and electrified them simple.
Tomar Industries G-G-R Adlake lanterns, item #807L, installed on a Ambroid kit caboose. The "L" designation means equipped with LED's. They also sell the same set with 1.5v micro lights, item #807.
Since I had to cobble together appropriate trucks for this project, I chose to use battery power (coin-type 2032) with push button on-off switch in the floor, using an Evan Design Mini LED Chip Light Kit, thereby eliminating fussing with a center-rail pickup and rectifier...
It has worked out well enough that I made the same installation in two additional 'booses.
The 2032 batteries seem to have more than enough power and life to suit my frequency/duration of operation. Of course, I have to remember to turn them off (can be accessed without removing the car from the track) when done!....duh!
However, 2032's are fairly cheap as batteries go.
